Do I need a second photographer?


We highly, highly recommend a second photographer, as they can catch different angles and maximize coverage during pivotal moments. Depending upon the length and size of your wedding, we may require a second or third photographer, which will always be spelled out in your contract and discussed during our initial consultation. We’re pretty awesome separately, but even better as a team.




I'd like the raw files. Can I have those?


It is standard industry practice to not release raw files.




What are your travel fees?


Travel is included for weddings within 100 miles round-trip of Brentwood, California, where we’re based. Travel fees are broken down within every contract and invoice; domestic travel costs are on average $500/photographer with international travel on average $1k/photographer. Inquire for our special travel fees for Hawaii, New York and Europe.




How long until I get my pictures?


Please refer to your contract for your delivery estimate; most weddings are delivered within eight weeks from wedding date. For lifestyle sessions, turnaround is four weeks for gallery delivery.




How many pictures do I get?


We deliver between 400-600 images per wedding. All of the images you receive are edited in-house by our team.




Can I print my own photos?


All of our packages include the unwatermarked high resolution edited digital files from your wedding. All purchases of digital negatives come with a personal use license, which allows you to print your photos yourself. We retain the services of a select few professional photo labs based in the United States for fine art photographs. Our monitors are especially calibrated with these labs for accurate color production and clarity. Since every printer is different, we can only guarantee exceptional printing from our own prints.




Do you offer video?


We will be offering a highlight video add-on beginning in 2019. Competitively priced, our video package includes one videographer and a 3-5 minute highlight film.




Shoot my wedding & take my money!


Yay! Welcome to the family! To book your date, we required a 30% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. We accept all of the standard forms of payment – cash, check and credit cards via our online client portal, Venmo, Square Cash or Paypal. We also accept hugs and good karma, though the bank doesn’t seem to take those as forms of currency.
